Awards FAQ

1. Can I order additional award certificates?
Yes, absolutely. Purchase additional grand gold certificates here. Purchase additional gold, silver, or bronze certificates here.

2. What are the eligibility dates for entries? 
Eligible entries must have been produced between July 1, 2017 and Aug. 1, 2018. If the majority of work was done prior to the deadline, it is OK for submission this year.

3. What is the entry fee?
The entry fee for this year's awards program is $55 US per entry. The entry fee for Platinum submissions is $125 US per entry.

4. When will winners be announced? 
Winning entries will be announced via email in December and acknowledged at the 2019 CASE VIII Conference in Vancouver, BC. Grand Gold and the Virginia Carter Smith Grand Crystal awards will be announced at the conference.

5. What is the link to enter my work into the awards program?
Entries in the CASE VIII Awards Program can be made online starting August 6, 2018.

6. When is the last day I can enter an award?
The awards entry system will be open from Aug. 6 through 11:59 p.m. (Pacific) on Oct. 17, 2018.

7. Why are only online entries allowed? 
In addition our district's commitment to environmental sustainability, the online submission and judging process provides significant cost savings to institutions for packaging and mailing entries; more efficient and effective judging; and a streamlined process that allows for a more inclusive slideshow of award-winning entries at the district conference.
