Join our panel of seasoned alumni professionals, alumni, and students in a lively discussion of what works and what doesn’t when engaging students in the life of their campus and in activities that facilitate networking and mentorship. Ideally, a stronger connection while attending school will foster the enthusiasm for an ongoing connection with their alma mater.

Tracy Salmon

Tracy Salmon holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science degree from the University of Alberta. After a two-year stint in Ontario where she organized the Ontario Special Olympics Provincial Winter Games, Tracy returned to her alma mater in 1999 where she joined the Office of Alumni Affairs in the role of Coordinator, Alumni Special Events. Tracy serves as the staff liaison for the Alumni Council Student Life Committee and has recently moved into the role of Coordinator, Alumni Chapters where she is focusing on enhancing programming offered to these groups.

Tracy is a recipient of the CASE District VIII rising star award and looks forward to participating in this year’s conference.

Kristy Mayer

Kristy Mayer is a Program Supervisor with the University of Idaho Alumni Office, where she has served as an adviser for the Student Alumni Relations Board (SArb) since 2002.  Kristy was active in SArb as a student and is thrilled to be involved as an adviser.  She also serves as an adviser for District 8 on the Association of Student Advancement Programs executive board, and coordinates the UI’s Young Alumni programs.

Matt Henman

Matt Henman is a senior at the University of Idaho, studying Political Science and History.  Matt has been a member of the Student Alumni Relations Board at UI since 2002, and was elected to the 2003 executive board by his peers.  Matt currently serves as the District 8 Representative for the Association of Student Advancement Programs and also sits on the CASE District VIII Board.
