CASE 201

We’re in this together!  This session will provide motivation to empower you to develop leadership in your organization that will benefit all.  The work of Advancement requires leadership not only from front line fundraisers, but also from the cafeteria food service to the parking lot attendants.  Deborah Norum will combine her experience with non-profit and higher education leadership in an energizing session on making a difference at every level through effective leadership.  Leadership is often relegated to the President or other high ranking official.  With effective organization and attitude we’re all empowered to lead and make a difference in our institutions and programs.
