While our Development Directors are chomping at the philanthropy bit to get out on front of competing charities in the race of the century, our institutions are facing presidential, trustee and chancellor turnovers that can result in a series of stumbling blocks. In this session you will hear a panel of senior development administrators address this issue and suggest some means of avoiding and overcoming such senior personnel obstacles.
