Literature Exchange

Looking for an opportunity to share your school’s innovative print publications with other institutions?  The CASE Literature Exchange Program is a great way to display your annual reports, newsletters, magazines, solicitation pieces and more at the 2008 CASE VII & VIII Conference!  Don’t miss out on this special occasion to showcase your good work!  
 
To have your publications included in the CASE Literature Exchange, please provide copies in one of the following ways:

1. You are encouraged to bring materials with you on your travels to Las Vegas.  Upon your arrival, deliver materials (boxed or in an envelope) to the CASE Registration Desk within The Mirage Hotel convention area.
2. If you choose to mail literature materials to the conference, The Mirage WILL NOT ACCEPT delivery prior to November 27. Postage and delivery to your personal hotel room will be at your own expense.
3. Boxes and/or envelopes must be clearly labeled to ensure accurate and timely delivery.  Note:  You must include the date of November 29 in this address!

Helpful Hints:

• Email Lacie LaRue, CASE Literature Exchange Chair, and let her know that you plan to bring materials.  Doing so will help volunteers plan for sufficient tables and signage.  Lacie can be reached at Lacie.LaRue@oregonstate.edu
• Include a label inside the envelope and/or box to clearly identify your literature category properly such as  - recruitment, fund raising, magazines, newsletters/ tabloids, annual report, and exhibitor/consultant materials, etc.
• Indicate award winning materials for special recognition!
